The Carver 28 Sedan (called the 300 Sedan in 1993) is one of the largest 28-foot boats in the business.  Indeed, her nearly 12-foot beam is more common to a 33-footer.  (Note that she's built on the same hull as Carver's 28-foot Aft Cabin model.)  A well-styled cruiser designed for coastal and inland waters, the interior is surprisingly spacious for a boat of this size.  Two floorplans were offered - one with a lower helm and the other without (which is this model).  Notably, there's a privacy door for the stateroom rather than just a curtain.  Berths are provided for up to six in either layout.  The generous interior accommodations of the Carver 28 come at the expense of a very small cockpit.  Topside, the flybridge is huge with guest seating that converts into a sun lounge.  Hatches in the cockpit sole provide access to the engines, and the V-drives are reached through the salon sole.
